Additionally, the nostril retainers may reduce likelihood of nostril collapse during healing. They also comprise anatomically designed bulges which may resist unintended extraction. - Conjoint structure negates the need for additional sutures and prevents migration. - The 2 arms of BstentTM are connected by a bowed joining structure to rest on the columella without compressing its circulation, which facilitates removal of the device by medical staff or even patients following physician instruction, without any tools and minimal patient discomfort. - The plates of BstentTM  reduce the potential for synechia after open turbinectomy. ### Intended Use Designed for use postoperatively to provide septum support, prevent nostril collapse, and permit potential nasal breathing. ### Indications for Use Appropriate for use after Rhinoplasty, Turbinate reduction, Septoplasty, or Rhinoseptoplasty. ### Sterile & Single Use BstentTM is sterilized and designed for single patient use only.
